We are looking for a tenacious and proactive Head of Recruitment who will create and apply an efficient recruiting strategy for hiring A-players and who will set high standards with every hire to drive 3DLook’s culture and company values. This position will guide the talent acquisition strategy development, prioritize requisitions, establish metrics, define creative ways to source high-quality diverse candidates, implement media and technology strategies to ensure a consistently positive candidate experience, and allocate resources to meet the hiring needs of the organization now and for the future. This individual will work closely with executives, develop strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a great hiring experience for all candidates.

  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment of IT specialists in global software companies
  • Good understanding of IT labor market
  • Proven success in assessing and utilizing effective tools, processes, and best practices to improve recruitment, understanding of recruiting trends and openness to pioneering new practices.
  • Experience in successful communication with foreign employees and executives
  • Excellent management and leadership skills, exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence others are essential
  • Ability to lead the full-cycle recruitment process and improve it
  • Experience in candidates selection and interviewing using different approaches and techniques
  • Experience in direct search and headhunting
  • Experience with metrics and analysis of recruiters’ performance
  • Familiarity with different types of ATS
  • Ability to work under high pressure in a demanding environment and to handle a high volume of open roles
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in English

  • Experience in planned, regular training and education of recruiters
  • Proven track record of closed vacancies in the USA
  • Familiar with designing, implementing and delivering an effective recruiting strategy to source and attracting the highest caliber talent to support current needs and future capabilities.
  • Proven experience of guiding the teams through effective hiring, interviewing, and sourcing best practices.
  • Existing launch of new programs to support the hiring goals, from interviewer training to innovative diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Used to create and deliver an extraordinary candidate’s experience.
  • Strong skills of providing leadership, coaching, performance management, and development for staff
  • Managing the recruitment team with building performance management
  • Processing stakeholders’ recruitment requests, ensuring that all of them follow the defined recruitment process
  • Create and apply Resourcing strategy aligned with the corporate requirements and standards
  • Identifying bottlenecks that hinder work progress and eliminating them, finding new ways to speed up the recruitment process with no loss of quality
  • Building a highly professional group of recruiters to implement and execute recruitment initiatives and perform according to the set plan
  • Define the most efficient and appropriate recruiting channels and methods and apply them to work
  • Set up the high quality of hiring and adhere to it
  • Define and apply proven track of recruiting metrics, constantly provide hiring analytics based on closed vacancies and department performance
  • Assessing external labor market conditions, examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization’s response to labor market changes
  • Monitoring the activities of service providers and evaluating their performance
  • Develop new external partnerships and manage existing external ones to facilitate professional networking and brand awareness
  • Set up alignment of recruiting strategy and key business priorities to identify, attract, and hire diverse talents within a competitive landscape
  • Strategically identify sources of top talent for corporate positions across key functional areas
  • Set up of constant planning of the upcoming vacancies in advance for development of fiscal year budget to optimize use of company resources and apply this approach to the whole recruitment strategy
