Product Manager

Currently, we are looking for a professional and experienced Product Manager to bridge the gap between our technical teams and market demands, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to refine product features, manage the product lifecycle, and implement data-driven strategies for continuous improvement. Join us to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our product line and enhancing our competitive edge in the industry.

Responsibilities:

— Ability to solve hard problems that have many constraints, use sound judgment to assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative;

— Customer obsessed, understanding the challenges our customers are facing and their needs;

— Research and understand the market, user experience trends, and conversion optimization techniques;

— Drive product direction while balancing various stakeholder inputs with business strategy and constraints;

— Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality products;

— Maintain a roadmap for your product features and drive implementation;

— Manage backlog grooming and prioritization;

— Write implementation specifications to communicate functionality/features;

— Establish success criteria and objective metrics to measure the impact of your work;

— Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

— Facilitate release management processes and estimate task durations and resource requirements

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in product management;

— Experience in solutions related to API/SDK support, B2B SaaS and B2B2C will be preferable;

— Can think in system and platform terms;

— Experienced in writing epics and user stories and collaborating with the engineering team on grooming, and clarifications;

— Strong passion for product innovation and creating excellent user experiences following UI/UX best practices;

— Demonstrated success managing priorities and making data-driven decisions.

— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

— Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile organization;

— Well-versed in agile product management following principles such as Kanban and OKR-driven business strategy;

— Experienced with Jira, and Confluence;

— Familiar with Figma, and Miro;

— Exceptional communicator with a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders;

— A Bachelor of Computer Science degree or equivalent is preferred but not required;

— Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence is preferred but not required.
